EMS Fees
All fees are set by the County of San Luis Obispo Board of Supervisors and some by the State EMS Authority, payable by cash, check credit card, cashier's check or money order, paid to the order of the County
of San Luis Obispo and are non-refundable.  EMT state and County of San Luis Obispo application fees are collected in one payment and the State fee is submitted to the State by the County.  Checks
returned for insufficient funds may be subject to the review process for fraudulent procurement of an EMT certificate, Paramedic accreditation or MICN authorization.  Other fees, penalties and/or legal action
as outlined in the current County of San Luis Obispo Public Health department NSF Policy may also be applied.
